The Quad Cities Chapter of EWGA has a variety of sponsorship opportunities. From
Annual Supporting Sponsors to Tee Sponsors to Event Sponsors, we have the level
of involvement suited to your organization.
After looking at our demographics, you will see that we offer an extremely
attractive, upscale market of decision-making women with discretionary income.
Your participation in our events will provide a unique and direct marketing
opportunity for your products, or services. Through sponsorship of our Chapter,
your company will be in a position to generate tremendous customer loyalty
through this grass roots marketing approach. We look forward to promoting your

ANNUAL SUPPORTING SPONSOR:
$1,500 Cash or $3,000 in kind
This is the highest level of sponsorship and is exclusive based on category
Business opportunities include the following:
- Inclusion of your company name/logo on the EWGA registration banner at the annual kick-off event
- Exhibitor display at the annual kick-off event. A table will be made available to display your product and marketing information
- An opportunity to make a presentation at the annual kick-off event
- Inclusion of your name/logo on regular chapter newsletters
- Inclusion of your name/logo/website link on our Chapter EWGA website.
- Opportunity to distribute any promotional material you desire at each golf event and social event throughout the year
- Free advertising space in our chapter directory and each of our newsletters
- Tee sign at the practice green at each event (provided by EWGA)
- One year complimentary membership
- One complimentary registration to one EWGA golf event
- One complimentary registration to all social events
- One-time opportunity to mail your promotional materials to all chapter members (postage and materials to be provided by you - mailing labels will be affixed by Chapter members to maintain confidentiality of membership database).

GOLF EVENT SPONSOR:
$750 Cash or $1,000 in kind
This type of sponsorship minimizes the expense of golf events, allowing more
members to participate. Sponsorship is limited to one per event.
Business opportunities include the following:
- Inclusion of your company name/logo on the invitation, promotional flyers and any press release for the event
- An opportunity to purchase a vendor booth at the annual kick-off event at a reduced fee
- Free advertising space in our chapter directory and each of our newsletters
- Inclusion of your name/logo/website link on our Chapter EWGA website
- Distribution of your promotional material to all attendees of the sponsored event
- Opportunity to display your company banner at the sponsored event
- Two complimentary registrations for the event
- Opportunity to make a presentation at the event
- One-time opportunity to mail your promotional materials to all chapter members (postage and materials to be provided by you - mailing labels will be affixed by Chapter members to maintain confidentiality of membership database).

$1,000 Cash

- An opportunity to make a ten-minute presentation at the annual Kick-off event
- Two complimentary Kick-off registrations
- Free advertising space in our Chapter directory and each of our newsletters
- Inclusion of your name/logo/website link on our Chapter EWGA website
- One-time opportunity to mail your promotional materials to all Chapter members (postage and materials to be provided by you - mailing labels will be affixed by Chapter members to maintain confidentiality of membership database).

SOCIAL EVENT SPONSOR
$350 Cash
This type of sponsorship minimizes the expense of social events and helps
promote your business. Sponsorship is limited to one per social event.
Business opportunities include the following:
- Inclusion of your company name/logo on the social event invitation
- An opportunity to make a 10 to 15 minute presentation at the sponsored social event
- Distribution of your promotional material to all attendees of the sponsored social event
- Inclusion of your name/logo/website link on our Chapter EWGA website
- Opportunity to display your company banner at the sponsored social event
- Two complimentary social event registrations
- Free advertising space in our Chapter directory and each of our newsletters
- Tee sign at all EWGA golf events (provided by EWGA)
- Opportunity to distribute promotional material at each event throughout the year
- One-time opportunity to mail your promotional materials to all chapter members (postage and materials to be provided by you - mailing labels will be affixed by Chapter members to maintain confidentiality of membership database).

ANNUAL TEE SPONSOR:
$250 Cash or $350 in kind
This type of sponsorship allows your company to be visible to our members all
season. Tee sponsorship is non-exclusive.
Business opportunities include the following:
- Tee sign at all EWGA golf events (provided by EWGA)
- Opportunity to distribute promotional material at each event throughout the year
- Inclusion of your name/logo/website link on our Chapter EWGA website
- One-time opportunity to mail your promotional materials to all chapter members (postage and materials to be provided by you - mailing labels will be affixed by Chapter members to maintain confidentiality of membership database).
