Cities Chapter Receives Awards 2006 Chapter of Excellence Award, Highest Member Retention in Association 2004 Chapter of Excellence Award Top Ten Member Retention Award 2003 Chapter of Excellence Award, Highest Member Retention in Section, Top Ten Award 2002 Chapter of Merit Award 2001 Chapter of Excellence Award To win the Chapter of Excellence Award (CEA), a chapter must meet all minimum requirements and earn at least 590 points out of a possible 785 in the following seven categories: Governance, Membership, Education, Events, Communications and Public Relations, Leadership, and Sponsorship.
